Your profile
The ideal Experienced Sales Account Manager Executive will have leadership
skills and a minimum of 10 months experience in an assistant manager role
previously, you will have excellent rapport building skills and will be
experienced in implementing change within your team. To be a successful
Experienced Sales Account Manager Executive you will have a minimum of 10
months sales account manager experience and will have a proven track record in
this role. The chosen Experienced Sales Account Manager Executive will have
excellent organisational, time management and attention to detail skills, you
will be hard working and ready to embark on a successful career that requires
dedication and commitment.
The role
As an assistant manager of the sales account management team you will be
responsible for motivating the sales team to achieve (and exceed) all of their
targets, you will help to identify new opportunities for the company to up
sell and cross sell existing & new products & services. You will carry out
research on projects, which will require working to tight deadlines &
timescales. In addition to running the team you will also build business
relationships with new and existing clients, the role will be office based and
occasionally field based, as and when clients require face-to-face meetings.
This role is not for the faint hearted, you will need to be target & results
driven, money motivated and a high achiever looking to further your career
with a large global organisation.
