Outbound Telesales Executives solar power, renewable energy

Based Australia

£25k - £35k base, £100k - £150k OTE

We are Australia's largest and most established vendor of solar panel systems into residential households. We have rapidly developed an enviable reputation based on quality of product and value for money and now seek to recruit 3 new Outbound Telesales Executives from the UK to move to Australia with us.

We urgently require proven internal sales personnel capable of closing deals by phone with a consistent track record of delivery. You will be expected to close a minimum of 10 deals monthly in order to match our top team and earn at the highest level.

We are prepared to arrange and fund Australian citizenship for the right people and as such will set up a 3 hour outbound telesales session over 5 nights in the UK. The successful applicants will undergo a video interview between the UK and Australia prior to the call centre session. You will demonstrate your ability to deliver and be paid commission on those sales prior to final face to face interview in London with the CEO.
