Field Sales Executive (World Wide Market Leader)
£18k Basic £46k OTE + fully expensed company car + excellent benefits.

Whether you are a sales person with a proven track record in Business Development and Account Management, or a driven and determined graduate trainee looking to break into sales, opportunities exist for you. We seek salespeople of varying levels to join this exceptionally well structured, blue chip organisation. They will develop people with limited sales experience, invest in them over a long period of time and assist them in progressing their career.
They offer structured Sales Training that is recognised by the Institute of Sales and Marketing and give all over-achievers a very realistic opportunity to progress their career, moving into Management, Corporate Accounts, Marketing, Training, Public Sector Sales, Global Accounts or even up to Sales Director level.
You will be exposed to a challenging and demanding work environment, where you will be expected to thrive. You will be surrounded by like minded people who create a very vibrant work hard, play hard environment. If you are determined and motivated to succeed, want to work for a market leader and won't settle for second best, then you will excel in this role.
In return the package includes a basic salary of £18,000 with a minimum OTE of £46,000, an open-ended commission structure, with the top people earning in excess of £75,000. Other benefits include a fully expensed company car, up to 27 days holiday, stock options and many other corporate benefits. In conjunction with this package all sales people, no matter what level are given the chance to win 5 star holidays to destinations such as Mauritius, Sun City and Iceland.
