Job Description

Internal Sales/Sales Support (Progression to Field Sales)

£35k basic, £55k OTE

London Based

Our client has built an excellent reputation for providing a range of professional services on a global scale to leading tier1 telecomm operators/Service Providers, System integrators and I.T Consultancies. With an extensive portfolio of Global Network Implementation & Support Solutions, their partners are able to offer scalable solutions that meet the ever increasing demand of Multi-National Corporations.

Due to the high volume of activity, they are seeking a "hybrid" internal sales candidate who has the ability to pro-actively follow progress on large complex bids, close any "lower value" opportunities and ensure all relevant internal departments are keep abreast of the sales process. The successful Internal Sales/Sales Support candidate will be qualifying key aspects of requirements to maximize the chance of sales success by working closely with the Bid-management teams and Senior Sales Executives.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate a mixture of pro-active/re-active working methodology as well as the ability to network internally to ensure all departments are supportive. It is essential that you are able to close sales opportunities when appropriate. This would suit either a "consultative" internal sales executive with aspirations to progress into a field sales executive, or a sales support specialist with a natural sales flair. Experience of working within the telecommunications, Data Networking or Professional I.T Services arena is essential.
