Bid Director - Major Communications Company

To £70k Basic + 20% Bonus + Benefits

We are currently recruiting for a key role within our Bid Management team where you will be responsible for project managing tender responses to win prestigious accounts and manage the process all the way from initial request to contract delivery. This will involve going to meetings with customers and representing the team on projects. You'll be responding for National and International tenders and preparing submissions and be involved in record keeping, accurate reporting and legal negotiation.

It can be a highly pressured environment, and you'll often be working to tight deadlines but you'll be able to project manage responses all the way from initial request to contract delivery.
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate at least two years' experience within a bid team as a Tender or Bid Manager, working with minimal supervision as well as high levels of literacy and numeracy and the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure. It would be useful to also have strong influencing skills, diplomacy and a good knowledge of spreadsheets and presentation software.
