Head of Retention Communications & Media

£80,000-£100,000 + substantial bonus + benefits, dependent on skills & experience

Based North East England

We are a leading international sports broadcaster with operations in Great Britain, Ireland, Luxembourg, USA, Canada and Australia with three million subscribers. We own and operate premium sports TV channels that are made available on a subscription basis to residential and commercial customers through satellite, cable, digital terrestrial, broadband and mobile distribution.

Our customer service operation is based in North East England and as such you would be solely responsible for all aspects of retention strategy development and implementation, reporting to the Head of Customer Services.

As the ideal candidate, you will be degree qualified with a demonstrable track record of commercially driven success in a Customer Service environment. You will have highly developed staff development skills, be highly motivated and team oriented with superb communication, presentation and matrix management skills. Strong commercial acumen is essential.
