Field Sales Executives - Retail Payment Solutions

THE ROLE
Field Sales Executive positions available for a superb company base in the UK. The two sales positions available are due to rapid growth in the market due to fantastic product portfolio and services on offer. The field sales positions will be home based and require the successful sales candidate to sell premium retail, hospitality, internet and mobile card payment services products and services linked to all major card acquiring banks. The sales role will have a strong focus on developing new business as well as contacting existing and established retail customer and solutions partner base. The sales territory will be covering from the Midlands up in the North of England selling as mentioned chip and pin associated and managed services direct to end users and via manufacturers and channel partners.
THE COMPANY
International company that provides merchants/retailers with EFT payment solutions to process secure chip & pin and internet card payments in the UK, Ireland, North America and Scandinavia.
The company is expanding in an increasingly competitive market for real time processing of card payment transactions and there payment services are increasingly perceived as highly reliable, flexible and scalable.
As their payment services continue to expand in terms of payment products and geographical markets served, they are looking to grow the team with the addition of 3 field sales executives in North West of England, Ireland, and Scotland.
THE CANDIDATE
·The candidate should be confident, upbeat, customer focused an excellent communicator with experience in customer retention, service management and account management.
·They will also have to be friendly and confident on the phone, but above all enthusiastic and prepared to work hard.
·They will be an articulate communicator with demonstrable listening skills complimented by an insightful questioning approach that enables them to identify underlying root causes.
·The candidate must have a demonstrated track record in building relationships with corporate partners and customers.
·A proven track record in the point of sale or payments industry is an advantage but not necessary.
·Dealing with B2B customers and channel partners is desired.
·What really matters most is the desire to deliver a structured assertive and effective sales method.
·The candidate should be money motivated, target driven and self sufficient.
THE PACKAGE
Salary: £20,000 to £28,000 per year
Benefits: Uncapped OTE in the region of £50, 000.
