Established in the mid eighties, this organisation is head quartered in the UK and author of a full portfolio of solutions to a plethora of verticals.
On the back of yet another record sales year, this cash rich company wishes to expand their existing team by appointing a sales manager to lead a team of internal based executives.
Your remit will be to manage a team whilst offering your experience and knowledge. You will be given full marketing and technical support. To be considered for the role, you must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of selling solutions, and have at least managed an internal team. Any vertical awareness of the public sector would be beneficial.
You will be managing a team of about 20 account managers that currently take orders. Your role will be to coach and develop the team and train them to sell into these existing accounts.
This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to come in and make a name for this new position. In return, you will receive an excellent basic salary and commission package and all the support you will need to deliver on customer expectations.
