Public Sector Sales Manager - Central Government/SI's

£80,000 Basic, £140,000 OTE

London, Surrey, Herts, Berks, Sussex, Hants, Kent

Our client is a globally recognised manufacturer of Network Security products with a huge market share across all sectors. Often used by their resellers as a way to open large accounts due to the strength of the proposition, this company has become the "de facto standard" for major corporates and key Public Sector organisations.

Due to expansion, we are currently seeking a proven Sales Manager to guide a professional team of senior sales executives. You will be responsible for acting as a key representative for the organisation at a strategic level with the SI partners as well as providing overlay support in high-value sales bids within Central Government. Candidates must be able to demonstrate a minimum of 3 - 5 years successful track record in a similar role. Currently working for a technology vendor would be ideal but we may consider applicants from a convergence/security VAR background. Knowledge of the frameworks and policies relating to Central Government is a pre-requisite in addition to having a strong network of contacts within the typical SI's associated within the sector.
