Account Manager
20-30k Basic, 40-45k OTE
London, Blackfriars

Initiate's client is Europe's largest independent IT reseller and service provider, who currently generate in excess of £2.27 billion per annum. They currently employ 10'000 staff across the group and are now looking to take on 15 junior account managers who will be trained in their sales academy. Successful candidates will be of degree calibre, driven and resilient, preferably from a sales background. During their training at the sales academy, account managers will receive expert industry sales training on all the products and services that my client sells.

They are seeking a bright, highly motivated individual who will be trained in their sales academy for 6 weeks. During this time you will be paired with a Sales Manager who will work closely with you after the sales academy helping you settling into the role and helping you manage your new accounts.
