·Ground breaking software products for due diligence and transaction automation.

Customers include most major international law firms (including over 95% of the top 500 law firms in the UK) and over 1000 major companies worldwide (including over 90% of the FTSE 100).
Initiate's Client has a staff of nearly 200 including over 50 legally qualified editors and researchers, many with significant experience as transactional lawyers in major City firms. This dynamic and fast growing company is always on the look out for bright and dynamic people who share their vision for the future of legal services
The role
·Deal with new business by telephone.
·Sell products to law firms and legal departments globally.
·Follow up trial registrations with calls, offering telephone demonstrations, finding out the benefiting group size, determining their budget.
·Cold calling new prospects.
·Ensure all relevant individuals participate in trial/receive demonstration
·Ensure a minimum threshold of new sales are made each quarter (current thresholds £55K per quarter).
Candidate should be
·Culturally aware as role involves selling to lawyers around the world. Previous travel and languages are a great advantage.
·A legal background (work/education) a distinct advantage.
·Team player
·Able to build rapport with clients.
·Persistent, as lawyers not always available so may be difficult to get hold of initially.
·Able to guide lawyers around our site daily, showing them the various services that we have.
Candidate should have the following experience
·At least two years previous B2B sales experience
·Consultative sales approach
·New business by telephone
·Used to working in a sales targeted sales environment
