Overview

My client is a small direct media company that specialise in providing list and data for direct marketing campaigns. Over the last five years my client and its' staff have been very successful developing and grow business from existing clients. In 2008 the board have identified a need to actively seek new business and have committed to invest in sourcing, training and managing someone in a purist sales capacity. The current employees are highly capable media brokers with good supplier contacts and client servicing skills. Whomever joins in the sales role will be fully supported by the client servicing team.

Quite simply my client is looking for consummate sales professionals who would like to thrive in dynamic thriving direct media company. The successful applicant will fit in with the current company culture and demonstrate a significant amount of self motivation as they will be working directly with the managing director and be responsible for their own administration.

The successful candidate will have 1-2 years sales experience (preferably within a recognised aggressive sales culture) and be looking to develop a career in a marketing services environment.
