Your Profile
As an Recruitment Consultant you will have a strong background within permanent Recruitment, ideally within Property Recruitment Sales, and you are now looking to develop your skills and take on the responsibility of running your own desk and developing a team around you in the very near future. Professional, hardworking and able to build relationships at the highest level, you will have experience of dealing with Quantity Surveyors, Building Surveyors and Project Managers a significant advantage when applying for this role.
The Role
You will be coming into a leading National Consultancy, working with market leading clients to provide effective solutions to their personal staffing needs. Clients will range from international consultancies through to all major owners and occupiers of commercial and residential property across the UK and Europe. Recruiting from recently qualified surveyors to board directors you will be expected to build long term relationships and achieving a level of professional service and performance that exceeds the expectations of both clients and candidates.
Although a strong business developer is required the desk is already very well establish having billed over 250k in 2007!! therefore you will be looking to hit the ground running and becoming a significant biller within an already established, professional and successful office.
