This rapidly expanding firm within the offshore space is seeking a Business Development Manager to work in a new business role managing accounts as they are won. This company is the market leader in providing application consultancy for a major US software vendor and they are seeking someone with experience selling IT services, preferably applications services.
JOB TITLE: IT Services – Business Development Manager.
AREA: Covering UK wide.
BASED: From Dublin, Birmingham or/and home office set up.
BASIC: £50K.
OTE: £100K year one.
BENEFITS: Car allowance, Pension and Health.
THE ROLE
• This rapidly expanding firm within the offshore space is seeking a Business Development Manager to work in a new business role managing accounts as they are won.
• The Business Development Manager will be targeting corporate sized firms in the £50M – £800M turnover range.
• Deals sizes are on average £100K – £200K and will be targeting CTO`s and MD`s.
• With regards to support, this company has 100 personnel in the UK so there is plenty of help with areas such as marketing, presales and delivery, which is done both onsite and offshore.
KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Experience selling IT services, preferably applications services, is essential.
• A new business hunter is required.
• The Business Development Manager must have sold to a good spread of corporate organisations in particular Retail and Utilities.

• In conjunction to this they also provide Testing, Professional services, Implementation of major brand packaged applications, Java and .net development and customisation.

• They have an impressive turnover of over £ 8 million and they are part of a holding company sharing the same name that turnover £ 2.5 billion with 50, 000 employees.
