SALARY: £34,640 to £43,835 basic depending on experience plus around 10% bonus (depends on tier of salary).

ROLE:
This superb opportunity is ideal for an experienced Marketing Professional to manage and implement the successful product lifecycle of office software products and services. The role is varied and does not involve people management although there is a fair degree of business relationship building with key stakeholders internally and externally. Relationships will be with Customer & Channel marketing department, Marcomms, Core Product Marketing, Strategic marketing, Sales, Service & Support (including services marketing), internal European/National offices, third party software providers and IT journalists.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Provision of market price information and support definition of internal transfer prices.
b) Pricing proposal for respective office software products and services.
c) Contribute to sales forecasting, monitoring of local activities ROI and budget tracking
d) Support all local campaigns with product information.
e) Provide solutions product expertise in office proposition development.
g) Oversee the maintenance of the Oracle product database.
h) Help define product training materials for sales channels.
i) Collate and review all product line related results to assist with annual planning process and evaluate final results against original objectives.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
a) You MUST have experience marketing software solutions products.
b) A good understanding of software product logistics (revenue lines, margins, profit analysis etc) and product management.
c) Experience of working with sales channels (training, complying with legislation etc) along with the ability to negotiate with third party vendors.
d) Willing to travel when required to other UK and EMEA offices and a drivers license is essential.
You may have experience/knowledge in the following: Software Solutions Product Manager, Product Marketing Manager, Product Management, Software Product Logistics, Product Lifecycle Sales Account Manager, Route to Marketing Consultant, Channel Marketing, B2B Marketing, Product Launches etc
