£35-40k basic (flexible), £60-65k OTE + Excellent Benefits.
Global AIMS listed IT security, assurance and consultancy co. – Surrey/Thames Valley Location.
Will suit IT services / solutions field sales background. IT product sales NOT suitable.

Our client is a successful and independent IT security, assurance and consultancy organisation with a global client base and global success in their field. Currently seeking to expand their successful field sales team to manage their positive increase in business and as such are seeking smart thinking, dynamic and skilled field sales professionals with proven IT services sales or solutions backgrounds gained in specialised business to business arenas.
Role:
Responsible for added value sales of a specialist IT assurance solution, along with maximising accounts and revenue through sales of additional IT security and related services in to a wide spectrum of business sectors, throughout the UK and perhaps Europe. As concept sales role requiring a solution led sales approach where you will look to add value. A dual new business development and account management role where you will take over and develop existing accounts, identify new business within established clients, create your own new business via self generated leads, convert internally generated appointments, and maximise renewal and repeat business through effective account management within your portfolio. A fairly autonomous role where you will based from home and out of their Manchester office, depending on your diary and appointments. Expected to attain and exceed company performance targets, write proposals, forecast business, and plan sales activity alongside the internal sales team. Responsible for running your own day, appointments and territory.
Requirements
This consultative client facing sales role will suit a proven IT SERVICES background where you will be skilled at promoting and selling services rather than products and as such an IT product sales NOT suitable because of the level and immediate demands of this role. Must be able to add and build value and take a con conceptual approach to sales. Backgrounds selling IT security, disaster recovery, business continuity, IT assurance and similar services are extremely relevant. Must have proven regional ‘n the road’ sales knowledge and be able to manage a territory. You will be naturally results driven, resilient, focused and be wishing to join a dynamic AIMS listed organisation.
