JOB TITLE: Sales Executive.
AREA: UK.
BASED: South East.
BASIC: £50K – £65K.
OTE: £100K – £130K.

THE ROLE
• If career progression and earning potential are at the forefront of your mind then this is an excellent position for you to work as a Sales Executive selling LCMS (Learning Content Management Software) and E-Knowledge software.
• The Sales Executive will be selling into the Central Government and Defence vertical.
• The role will be new business led and order values will range between $150K - $1.2 million. Selling at C-level downwards, the sales cycles the Sales Executive will be dealing with are typically 6-9 months.
• The Sales Executive will be selling direct and working with Systems Integrators including BT, Accenture, PWC and Cap etc.
• The target will be circa $1.5 million.
KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Key attributes associated with this role include having a strong sales ability and a need for success.
• The Sales Executive will be money hungry and prepared to work hard.
• A proven track record selling software is essential.
• Knowledge of the E-learning/Knowledge management market space would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of the Central Government and Defence vertical is imperative
• The successful candidate must be capable of working and developing relationships with the large Systems Integrators but can also source business directly.
• The Sales Executive should be able to work in a small US company.
• An entrepreneurial individual who is dynamic and motivated and who can adapt to change is required.

• This company has won a big deal with the DLP (Defence Learning Portal) through BT and they have pilot deals with BEA Systems.
• The Sales Executive will be working for an organisation which competes and partners with Saba, SumTotal, Plateau, Kana and Right Now Technologies.
