Product Development Manager, Mobile Business Services Marketing
£45,000 to £55,000 + bonus + benefits
Based M4 Corridor
We are a mobile Network Operator with operations in 20 Countries around the world, keeping over 13 million UK customers in touch.
A major marketing strategy career opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, commercial and forward thinking professional to drive a leading initiative within one of the leading Network Operator in the Mobile Phone sector. Voice/convergence is key to the continued corporate momentum created by us as a major brand focussed operator, and this business critical role leads the innovation and development of the entire product portfolio in this area.
The ideal candidate should be degree qualified in marketing with a proven track record of commercial delivery in Product Development preferably in the Mobile space. You will have a proven track record of product development within a multinational IT or mobile organisation and have detailed strategic understanding of the Mobile market and Voice/convergence technologies. You will also be highly motivated and team oriented with superb communication and presentation skills as well as being highly numerate and articulate. A strong commercial acumen is also essential with sophisticated matrix management skills.
Responsibilities include:
·Identify, agree and deliver product and infrastructure
developments in line with Business Services.
·Identify and develop specific new market opportunities for the
Voice/convergence portfolio.
·Set and monitor defined KPI targets against business roadmap.
·Specific responsibility for specifying required customer
experience and ensuring its execution as "customer ready" product.
·Own, develop and manage external relationships with device
suppliers/partners.
·Own, develop and manage internal inter-departmental
relationships across the Group.
·Accountable and responsible for business case development and
product CAPEX/OPEX.
