£35,000-£45,000 + bonus + benefits

Based M4 Corridor

We are a mobile Network Operator with operations in 20 Countries around the world, keeping over 13 million UK customers in touch.

A major marketing strategy career opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, commercial and forward thinking professional to drive value and optimise investment through our Consumer Channels. This is a business critical and internally high profile role as it fronts a major corporate initiative.

The ideal candidate should be degree qualified in marketing with a proven track record of commercial delivery in Direct Marketing preferably in the Mobile space. You will also be highly motivated and team oriented with Superb communication and presentation skills. A strong commercial acumen is also essential.

You will be responsible for:

·Maximising PAYG SIM Acquisition.
·Management and optimisation of £4m marketing budget.
·Optimising channel mix.
·Setting and monitoring KPI targets around channel volume, SAC, airtime, ASRPU and churn.
·Agreeing annual, quarterly and monthly sales target with Channel Sales Teams.
·Strategic marketing performance analysis and evaluation.
·Managing and developing internal relationships across team and departments.
·Managing and developing external relationships with Media and Creative Agencies.
·Development of online and offline acquisition methodologies.
