This market leading organisation has just created a new position and requires a Business Development Manager to sell health and safety risk management software. This company was established in 1999 and they are seeking someone with 2 or more years of successful business to business sales experience.
JOB TITLE: Business Development Manager.
AREA: South East Centric.
BASED: Road based.
BASIC: £35K £40K.
OTE: £70K £80K.
BENEFITS: £5K Car allowance, laptop, mobile and 25 days holiday.
THE ROLE
This market leading organisation has just created a new position and requires a Business Development Manager to sell health and safety risk management software.
This is a pure new business role.
The Business Development Manager will be selling to big businesses across the board, with sales at Director Level.
Deal sizes are £10K average and they are typically completer in one month.
There are very good quality leads coming through from the consulting business but the Business Development Manager will have to cold call to hit their numbers.
This product is sold as an annual subscription so future commissions potential is vast.
The Business Development Managers revenue target will be discussed during the interview process but is very light year one.
KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
The successful candidate will be a self motivated and driven new business Sales Executive.
Applicants must have 2 or more years of successful business to business sales experience.
The ideal candidate will have software sales experience.
The Business Development Manager must also be motivated to work in a small company.

Their sales have doubled in the last 3 consecutive years.
They are considered an industry authority on health and safety practice.
