Job Description

As a result of rapid expansion, this company has an amazing role available offering a Business Development Manager the chance to sell risk management software relating to health and safety in the workplace and the related professional services. This company has a turnover of £5M which is set to double in the next fiscal year end. This company is looking for a money hungry individual who has 2 years experience of business to business selling and dealing with corporates.


JOB TITLE: Business Development Manager.
BASED: City of London.
BASIC: £30K.
OTE: At least £60K.
BENEFITS: £5K car allowance, healthcare, pension and life.


THE ROLE

• As a result of rapid expansion, this company has an amazing role available offering a Business Development Manager the chance to sell risk management software relating to health and safety in the workplace and the related professional services.
• This role involves being responsible for the entire sales cycle, end to end in this pure new business sales role.
• The Business Development Manager will be selling horizontally but hot areas for them to target will be financial services, property and construction.
• This position is mainly a software led sale, selling to facilities departments.
• The Business Development Manager will be granted a wide prospect base and database to work from, only their own hard work will turn that into hard cash.
• This is a junior executive position, as such the target is £500K which will be achieved with two deals per month this will be easy for target and success driven people.


KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• This company is looking for a money hungry individual who has 2 years experience of business to business selling and dealing with corporates.
• A proven track record, a love of winning new business and a fear of failing is essential for this role.
• Applicants must be credible and ambitious.
• The ideal candidate will currently be earning £40K - £50K and will be ready for their next challenge.
• Key attributes associated with this role include being assertive, highly intelligent and of graduate calibre.

• They currently have 10 direct sales people and a turnover of £5M which is set to double in the next fiscal year end.
