Sales Executive Talent Management Software Solutions Sales
JOB TITLE: Sales Executive.
AREA: UK.
BASED: London.
BASIC: £50K - £75K.
OTE: £100K - £150K.

THE ROLE
ˇIf progression and earning potential are at the forefront of your mind then this is an excellent opportunity for you to work as a Sales Executive selling talent management software solutions to large corporate organisations.
ˇThis role will involve selling products that include e-recruitment, performance management, career planning, performance and competency management and many more solutions.
ˇThis is a pure new business role.
ˇThe Sales Executive will receive leads from a team of telemarketers but he or she will also be expected to generate some of his or her own leads.
ˇThe solution is sold as a Saas and the Sales Executive will target HR directors and head of talent management.
ˇAverage order values are between £70K and £120K per annum spend and the Sales Executive will carry a target of around £1million.

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
ˇAll applicants must have sold HR, Talent Management solutions or ERP solutions.
ˇIt is essential that all applicants have a track record of new business over achievement against target.
ˇThis company is looking for a salesperson that will have a thirst to develop his or her career, be well sales trained and be a smart professional with lots of hunger, enthusiasm and drive.
