MOLI is a next-generation social networking site where members can manage multiple profiles in one account. Members can separate their social, business and family relationships and keep control over their privacy. Targeted at both enterprising individuals above the age of 18 and small business owners, MOLI provides an easy-to-use, content-rich, multimedia interactive platform ideal for both community collaboration and e-commerce.
ROLE:
Based either in our London Mayfair office or Dublin, Ireland office, the successful applicant will be offered an opportunity to work in a dynamic International media Sales environment. The focus will be on interfacing with UK media agencies and MOLI's international Media Partners across Europe. This is an excellent opportunity for an innovative and creative Sales Director and "self-starter" to join an expanding international Web 2.0 Social Media Company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Coordinate regional sales activities with the VP of Global Sales.
2) Be responsible for achieving the sales and profit goals within the EMEA region through their own sales activities and that of the regional sales force they build over time.
3) Build and direct a sales force to achieve the sales and profit goals within the EMEA region.
4) Establish the sales goals and procedures appropriate for each Sales Executive.
5) Design and recommend sales programs and set short and long-term sales strategies.
6) Evaluate and implement appropriate new sales techniques to increase the region's sales volume.
7) Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
8) Establishment of account forecasts
9) Ensure a healthy and well documented pipeline at all times
10) Conduct Sales presentations to potential clients and advertising agencies
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
1) Bachelors degree in Business
2) An established record of revenue generation management having worked within an Internet-related or media company ideally internationally.
3) Previous sales experience within the social community or B2B networking sectors with an understanding of Video and behavioral targeting.
4) Proven history of developing new, sustainable processes. A self-starter with the willingness and desire to "roll up your sleeves" and get the job done.
5) Should possess high-level marketing contacts with consumer-related advertisers and major advertising agencies where the successful candidate already enjoys personal credibility.
