Graduate IT Software Sales Trainee

£20k-£25K basic, £30K OTE + car

This superb opportunity will involve proactively nurturing positive relationships with some of the company's most prestigious accounts. The role will involve important tasks such as, price negotiations, meeting client's needs through effective sourcing of products, problem solving and liaising with other departments. Through up selling to these influential accounts, successful candidates will be communicating on various different levels of business, so effective communication skills are paramount for an applying candidate.

The successful candidate will not only have excellent sales and negotiation skills but also be inherently motivated, competitive, driven and assertive. They will also be a good problem solver, be able to work under pressure, have a good telephone manner and be an effective account manager. This exciting position is also looking for an individual who will thrive on the young, fun, hard working environment that our client is proud of providing.
