Trainee Recruitment Consultant, London - £17,500 OTE £40,000
Your Profile
To take on this role as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be a graduate with a strong academic background. You must be able to speak German or Dutch fluently and be able to liaise at business level in English, so your English must be impeccable. You will ideally have some sales experience, or exposure to a commercial environment. Most importantly, you must posses a desire to succeed. You will have a natural energy and thrive on working in a sales environment.
The Role
You will initially come on board as a trainee consultant and be involved in comprehensive training, learning from some of the most successful and experienced consultants, in the IT recruitment industry. This company are looking for people to grow with them and strongly believe in organic growth, offering a structured career path, which means successful trainees can go all the way! The role involves headhunting and new business development, recruiting senior level candidates. You will be dealing with clients and candidates throughout the European market.
