JOB TITLE: Senior Sales Executive, Retail Sector - On Demand CRM SELLING: On Demand CRM SELLING TO: Retail Vertical TERRITORY: UK LOCATION: London, Reading, South East, Field Based PACKAGE: Basic £65,000 to £80,000 OTE £119,000 to £150,000 Usual corporate benefits including car allowance and accelerators for over achievement COMPANY INFORMATION - $650 million Turnover - Established late 90's - 20 UK Sales Executives - Over 32,000 customers worldwide - The technology has won numerous industry awards - One of the fastest growing technology companies in the world - Rarely lose a deal to the competition YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING - Sold enterprise software solutions - Sold to the Retail Vertical - Closed deals up to $1 million - Passionate, hungry, energetic and a strong track record - Direct new business sales person - Highly money motivated as this has a genuine £250k+ per year earning potential. IDEALLY YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING - Someone that is genuinely interested in this space and enjoys seling leading edge technology - Not just a big game hunter, you need to be happy spinning multiple plates and closing lots of smaller deals as well as the bigger ones. ROLE INFORMATION -Selling on demand CRM that is designed to help sales people sell and spend less time on administration as well as an on demand application sharing solution. - You will be selling into Retail companies with 1000+ employees - You will be responsible for developing new business. - Typical entry level deal sizes are $30k annually but this tends to rise dramatically once the company sees how good the solution is, right up to the $1 million mark. - Sales Cycles tend to be between 6 weeks and 1 year with an average of 3 months - Target will be $1.1 million Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the UK.
