Senior Account Manager Software Solutions SalesJOB TITLE: Senior Account Manager.
AREA: UK.
BASED: Midlands or South.
BASIC: £60K - £70K.
OTE: £120K -£130K.
BENEFITS: Usual corporate benefits including car or allowance.
THE ROLE
·If you are looking for a step up in your career then this is the ideal opportunity for you to work as a Senior Account Manager selling market leading software solutions specifically designed for general insurance companies in an account management capacity.
·The software is a front and back office solution will allow insurance companies to manage their business and the relationships with both clients and broking companies.
·The successful candidate will be given 8 established customers to manage that will be a range of tier 1 insurers to tier 3 insurers.
·Sales cycles will be 3 to 6 months and over and the Senior Account Manager will target CXO level decision makers.
·Although it is an account management role the Senior Account Manager will be expected to work proactively within the accounts and when the company looks to replace a legacy system the successful candidate will need to make sure that they stay and do not go to a competitor.
·Order values and personal annual targets will depend on which accounts and the number of accounts that the Senior Account Manager is given.

·Clients in this division include some of the biggest general insurance companies in the world.
KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
·All applicants must have sold software or services to the insurance vertical.
·It is essential that all candidates have sold to general insurers and have knowledge of the general insurance market.
·The successful candidate will have preferably sold business applications, however they will consider people that have sold infrastructure software or services.
·The person filling this position can be either new business or account management focussed.
Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the UK.
