Internal Account Manager/Account Executive - Flexible Benefits Software

New Business Sales, Corporate Sales

CAREER PROSPECTS: This well-established provider of flexible benefits software and solutions is expanding to keep up with the demand from companies who are adopting such schemes as they have proved to cut administration costs and create a happier workforce. Its hosted web-based software allows employees to choose their preferred benefits as soon as they join an organisation and continue to adapt their package as their circumstances change. For example, they can buy and sell holidays, increase or decrease pension payments, exchange large car allowances for childcare vouchers or take advantage of tax efficient benefits such as mobile phones, home computing schemes and bicycles.

ROLE: To qualify for this position you will have some IT sales experience and be keen to join a growing organisation where you can progress into field sales; a hunting attitude is also vital.

THE PACKAGE:
Basic: £25,000
OTE: £35,000
Benefits: Flexible Benefits Package
