Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Sales Manager to develop and drive a team of 3 4 Senior Business Development Managers. This company is part of a large Software Services Group and they are seeking a motivated individual with a minimum of 5 years senior business development experience within IT Services.

BASED: Access to Crawley, London or Manchester.
BASIC: £60K £80K.
OTE: £160K.

THE ROLE
·This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Sales Manager to develop and drive a team of 3 4 Senior Business Development Managers.
·This role will be multi faceted, the Senior Sales Manager will not only be managing a team but they will also have their own target.
·The Senior Sales Manager and their team will be selling the service of a software testing consultancy.
·This position will include both new business and account development, as any new accounts will be retained and maximised by their respective Business Development Manager.
·This is a big ticket services sales role with order values ranging from as little as £20K up to in excess of £1M, with an average of around £100K.
·The margin on average is 40% and the year one target will be in the region of £1.5M.
KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
·A minimum of 5 years senior business development experience within IT Services is essential.
·Strong man management experience is crucial.
·A big ticket sales person capable of consistently closing £100K £250K deals is needed.
·A tenacious individual with new business drive coupled with a consultative approach is required.
·Key attributes associated with this role include being credible, professional and corporate.
·The ideal candidate will be a sales professional who is selling software testing services to the finance market place.
