Business Development Executive - SaaS Product - The City, London

Basic £35k pa. OTE £70k pa.

Key Skills:
Build and execute a successful sales process
Management of the sales cycle from Prospect to Client
Deliver strong new business and revenue growth quickly
Salary: Basic salary £35,000 per annum. OTE: £70,000 per annum

About us:
We are an established but rapidly expanding web technology business providing leading edge SaaS solutions to the recruitment sector. We urgently need to find an experienced sales person to join us as a Business Development Executive to help build our sales pipeline and bring in new business.

The role:
The successful candidate will be a natural salesperson. A hunter rather than a farmer and hungry for success. They will have proven experience in solution selling preferably in the recruitment industry. They will be able to manage the sales process end to end - from finding new opportunities, making effective sales calls with an engaging and personable telephone manner through to delivering dynamic and compelling sales presentations to all management levels. They will have excellent negotiation skills and must have an ability to close the deal. Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, are paramount.

Full training will be given

The role will involve:
Progressing existing sales opportunities
Finding new leads in defined target markets
Following up on targeted e-shot campaigns by phone to obtain appointments or web demos
Delivering lively and compelling product demonstration on either a one to one or one to many basis to all management levels
Negotiating commercial terms within a defined pricing model
Writing up and delivering sales proposals
Progress negotiations to close the deal
Travelling to prospective client premises within the UK
Successful Handover of new clients to the Client Services team after contract signing
Account Management of existing clients
