One of my top clients is looking for a Project Co-ordinator who will contribute to the effective design of a viable helpdesk model ensuring that contingency plans are in place and that these are regularly reviewed to mitigate risks as the project rolls out. Take ownership of project deliverables from design to implementation and monitoring. To prepare and implement a planned set of activities to achieve the project scope to timescale, budget and quality specification. Interface closely with key members of helpdesk management team to ensure project deliverables are agreed, understood and achieved. To contribute to the effective management of project team activities and resources by liasing closely with key line management personnel to ensure problems are identified and resolved at an early stage. Represent client and project team at internal meetings.Attend clients meetings as and when required to discuss project roll-out, reports, SLAs and metrics.Lead by example and provide support to colleagues and project team. Provide leadership and support to the helpdesk analysts. Key skills will be customer Focus, Planning skills, ability to prioritise, leadership and influencing skills, strong and confident communicator,ability to operate at all levels using a variety of formats (written, verbal and presentations),attention to detail,excellent people management and motivational skills, strong decision making capabilities,work well under pressure.
