My top client, a global market leader in their area of the IT Software sector, are looking for an experienced Application Support Analyst. The ideal candidate must have 2nd line support experience and experience supporting Cognos. The following experience is not essential but very useful to doing this job, Oracle 9i or 10G, SQL Server knowledge. An understanding of VBScript, XML and .NET would also be very valuable. This is a great opportunity to secure a contract with a dynamic, ambitious company that have grown every year for the last 11 years.
