We are seeking an exceptional Salesperson!

We have now embarked on the next phase of our growth by strengthening our Channel program and expanding the business internationally.  As we increase our focus into the IT Services market in 2012, this will be an exciting time to join our fast growing and ambitious company.

We are looking for a bright, highly motivated, self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join the Fasthosts sales team.  As the Senior Salesperson within the existing Fasthosts sales team you will lead by example, your focus will be to hunt and close new business as well as to nurture and grow existing accounts.  The right candidate can be assured that the rewards will be great, overachievement will be recognised financially!

Key responsibilities include:

  • To exceed revenue targets
  • To work independently with a high degree of self-sufficiency
  • To build positive and consistent relationships with new and existing customers to ensure the maximum level of customer retention and additional revenue generation.
  • Play an active role in the on-going growth and success of the company
  • Identifying and targeting prospective business using all available means including prospecting/cold calling and Social Media
  • To improve your conversion ratio of sales opportunities

You will be measured on your ability to exceed minimum daily revenue targets, by growing revenue from new and existing accounts, improving your personal sales performance, technical knowledge and conversion rates. Achieving the 100% target is seen as the minimum performance standard acceptable.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Highly motivated, goal focused individual dedicated to achieving their OTE through a solid work ethic.
  • Experience of selling IT services b2b.
  • Must have strong phone selling and follow up skills, proven record of closing deals, ability to proactively generate sales opportunities, and be able to effectively maintain and expand business relationships through email and phone contact .
  • Ability to effectively communicate to SME & SoHo businesses over the phone and through email.
  • Can do, flexible and mature attitude to the role with plenty of common sense and an outgoing personality, you will need to perform under pressure.
  • Have the gravitas and interpersonal skills to build external relationships at all levels of an organisation.

Ability to earn £ 48,000 OTE, Commission is uncapped

Basic Salary:   up to £24k per annum
Commission  £24k at 100% of Target - accelerators thereafter
