As a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant in IT you will need to be self-motivated, hard-working and sales focused if you are to succeed. This is a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant role, which offers fantastic monetary rewards and a fast track to manager positions.
The Role
As a trainee recruitment consultant you will immediately be involved in the full recruitment cycle. The emphasis is very much on a quality driven service so you will be building up strong relationships with clients and candidates alike. You will also have the freedom to develop new clients and receive support as you build up your own business.
