Your Profile
You will be a Graduate or a Graduate-calibre candidate with some good experience in a Sales focused environment. Target driven, committed and driven by success, the successful Graduate IT Recruitment Consultant will ideally have gained their experience in a telephone-based Sales role. Most important is a huge amount of energy and hunger to succeed as this is a superb Sales opportunity for the successful candidate to catapult himself or herself into the highly lucrative IT Recruitment Market.

Your role as a Graduate IT Recruitment Consultant will involve business development, understanding the needs of your clients, sourcing candidates and matching candidates to the right clients.
