JOB TITLE: IT Field Sales Executive IT Services and Solutions SELLING: IT Services and Solutions including Network Support and Infrastructure SELLING TO: You will be selling to Corporate, Enterprise and Public Sector Accounts TERRITORY: Working from home covering Manchester LOCATION: Ideally applicants will live on the M62 Corridor as they are expected in the Leeds office once per week PACKAGE: £25K £30K Basic uncapped OTE car allowance + benefits COMPANY INFORMATION - The company has been established for over 10 years - They have achieved partnerships with world leading vendors such as Microsoft, IBM, Sophos and HP/Compaq - Currently they employ 15 people and turnover in the Millions (£) YOU MUST HAVE/BE THE FOLLOWING - Field Sales Executives must be tenacious, enthusiastic and have drive and desire to succeed - Must come from an IT Managed Services background / Telecommunications background with a minimum of 2+ years of over achievement - Field Sales Executives must understand the Intel environment, high availablity solutions and ideally virtualisation technology - Must be able to demonstrate communication and sales skills at all levels, coupled with excellent presentation skills and a high standard of professionalism and customer care IDEALLY YOU WILL HAVE/BE THE FOLLOWING - Ideally, this is a second or third level role, perhaps suiting a candidate who is currently working in a similar role and wants more room to flourish - Ideally, Field Sales Executives will be used to wroking for smaller organisations with rapid and aggressive expansion plans as this is the environment they will enter - Finally, Field Sales Executives will ideally have accounts to bring with them to hit the ground running ROLE INFORMATION - Field Sales Executives will be responsible for generating new business across the Manchester area - They will be required to work closely with internal and external departments / partners to develop leads and relationships - Successful applicants will be responsible for selling continuous availability solutions and virtualisation projects to the corporate, enterprise and Public sector - The role will be a mix of generating new business, networking and account management with targets set accordingly discussed during interview - Average Order Values vary dependant on the level of service but expect deal sizes to average £2 5k - Sales Cycles will too vary, however, expect the range to be 1 3 months for Private and 6 months + for Public Sector Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the UK.
