A driven and motivated Business Development Manager is required to join this company selling back office business process outsourcing. This company has been established since 1862. The successful applicant will have senior sales experience and will have sold some kind of business process outsourcing.

BASIC: £65K.
OTE: £130K.

THE ROLE
·A driven and motivated Business Development Manager is required to join this company selling back office business process outsourcing.
·This will include call centre outsourcing (around sales and marketing, market research, customer services), customer assistance outsourcing (such as helpdesk, product support, human resources outsourcing), research and analytics (such as building and applying analytical models to business data), engineering and consulting (such as systems management, application development, data processing and CRM, application professional services, infrastructure) and network related professional services (such as around Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, Peoplesoft, ERP, supply chain management, CRM and web services.)
·1 Business Development Manager will run sales and marketing in the UK.
·Deal sizes n this role will be between £200K and £1million.
·Support will be offered to the Business Development Manager from telephone based marketing, bid support and processing offshore.
·A target of £200K per month in outsourcing sales will be set for the person filling this position.
·Key clients that the Business Development Manager will be required to target will include enterprise level clients in financial services, banking, manufacturing, government small corporate level upwards.

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
·The successful applicants will have senior sales experience and will have sold some kind of business process outsourcing.
·A new business proven track record is require for this position.
·An entrepreneurial type self starter with C-level experience is sought for this role.
·All applicant must be based in the South East.
