A driven and motivated Business Development Manager is required to join this company selling business consulting and related IT services. This company has 40,000 employees across 41 countries. The ideal candidate will have experience of both new business and account management.

AREA: Surrey.
BASED: Leatherhead.
BASIC: £60K.
OTE: £120K.

THE ROLE
·A driven and motivated Business Development Manager is required to join this company selling business consulting and related IT services.
·The range of services that will be sold will include business consulting, systems integration, IT and business process outsourcing.
·The Business Development Manager will be developing business within the defence sector.
·This role will be new business focused and will require maintaining an existing pipeline of activity.
·The Business Development Manager will deal with an average order value of £200K.
THE COMPANY

·They are particularly strong in market sectors including telecoms, financial services, utilities, distribution, transport and the public sector.
KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
·The successful applicant will have working knowledge of the MoD and OGC catalogue frameworks, as well as previous experience of working with the defence sector.
·A demonstrable track record of business development is required.
·The ideal candidate will have experience of both new business and account management.
·All applicants must have a strong presence and good network of contacts.
