JOB TITLE: Senior Sales Executive Application Outsourcing & Related IT Services. SELLING: Application outsourcing, systems integration and software testing. SELLING TO: Public sector, local and central, banking, financial services and insurance, telecoms and travel and transport. TERRITORY: Selling across the UK, with a focus on the South East. LOCATION: You must have access to London EC3 once per week. PACKAGE: £75K basic, £150K OTE, £550 per month car allowance, 6% pension, health and holiday. COMPANY INFORMATION - They currently have 9 salespeople in the UK, but are looking for 7 new people. - Originally a French company, they are headquartered in France. - £56million turnover for the UK, - In 2007, the worldwide turnover was 1billion. - Last year they achieved 11.6% growth and in the first half of 2008 they achieved 15.1% organic growth. - Worldwide they have 12,000 employees, 550 of which are based in the UK. - They have 9 UK locations. - Historically, testing has made up 40% of the company's revenue, which will remain a strong area for them. YOU MUST HAVE/BE THE FOLLOWING - The Senior Sales Executive will have sold large systems integration deals, focusing on application outsourcing. - Experience of £10million or more deals. - Application outsourcing experience. - Must have sold to one of the markets mentioned in the role. - Must be a C Levels cradle to grave new business hunter that is capable of penetrating and maximising business. - Stability and proven success is essential. ROLE INFORMATION - The Senior Sales Executive will be selling application outsourcing, systems integration and software testing. - Within these core areas, the Senior Sales Executive will have 4 further specialist areas; business intelligence, consulting (including compliance and management of shareholders), information security (including penetration testing and threat assessments) and technical services (including server administration, network solutions and more). - New business sales role. - You will have full access to the solutions portfolio but will concentrate on these areas. - Deal sizes that the Senior Sales Executive will handle will generally be contracts between 3 and 5 years, worth from £5million to £30million total contract value. - Back up from nearshore delivery (typically from France), contractors, marketing, bid support and technical salespeople. - Selling to the company's core markets, which are public sector, local and central, banking, financial services and insurance, telecoms and travel and transport. - Targets between £2.5million to £3million revenue, which will give an OTE of £150K.
