AREA: UK wide.
BASED: Home based in the South East.
BASIC: £65K - £75K.
OTE: £90K - £95K.
BENEFITS: £6K car allowance, pension and healthcare.
THE ROLE
·With a turnover of $750milllion and 4,000 worldwide employees, this company is looking for a Business Development Manager to sell professional services around ERP applications.
·The person filling this position will mainly be selling implementation services, but also application management services.
·The Business Development Manager will be more new business focused, with a 50% to 50% split between new business and account development. He or she will be selling platinum support packages, which is hosted application management services, in an overlay capacity.
·The successful applicant will be selling to typical ERP markets such as distribution, logistics and retail.
·Some Europe, Middle East and Asia work will be required, which accounts for approximately 20% of this role.
·The average order value in this position will be £50K per annum, but frequent deals.
·Support for the Business Development Manager is strong, as there will be assistance from marketing and exceptional delivery form an office in Bracknell where there is 250 personnel.

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
·The successful applicant will be from a hosted services background, ideally from hosted application management, although this is by no means essential.
·The ideal candidate will have an understanding of ERP.
·All applicants must be commercially astute and able to talk to both technical and business points of contact.
·Smart and sharp salespeople are sought for this position.
