Pension COMPANY INFORMATION - This Company has been established for over 20 years and is a market leader in this space - Currently, this organisation is quoting turnover of £100m + in the UK alone - The business has 9 sales focussed personnel on this team throughout the UK giving successful applicants' ample opportunities to over achieve target on a large patch YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING - Must have experience selling or technically dealing with Avaya Communication Systems specifically IP Office and Commercial Manager Solutions - Must have excellent relationship builder with the ability to maintain and develop existing clients - Must be able to work autonomously and to own initiatives whilst still maintain the ability to be a team player IDEALLY YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING - Ideally, candidates will come from a competitor / sales background, however, the client will consider Pre-Sales or Technical backgrounds as he see's this as a natural progression - Ultimately, if you have experience with Avaya products mentioned, you will be considered by our client ROLE INFORMATION - If working for an established market leader in the distribution market is what you are looking for, then we have the opportunity for you - The role is 80% account management focussed selling Avaya IP Office and Commercial Manager Suites into resellers - Remaining 20% will focus on recruiting new VAR's, however, your main focus will be existing business - Composition of Sales is broke down as: - 80% Software Sales - 20% Services / Hardware Sales - Expect deal sizes to range dramatically - £2/3k up to £100k+ - As such, sales cycles also vary from 1 week to 6 months Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the UK.
