JOB TITLE: Major Account Sales Manager Enterprise, Carrier and Professional Solutions SELLING: Enterprise, Carrier and Professional Service Solutions SELLING TO: Mid Market accounts FTSE 250 TERRITORY: Working from home covering The North: Birmingham, Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, North West, Yorkshire, Field Based LOCATION: The ideal candidate will live between Birmingham and Manchester PACKAGE: £45 - 50k Basic - £107k OTE Car Allowance, 22 days holiday, mobile, laptop, health, pension COMPANY INFORMATION - The company has been established in the UK for over ten years - They employ over 1,000 people in the UK alone - Over £300m turnover in UK alone - Headquarters in the US - First global MPLS based IP VPN, first converged IP solution, first to Market VoIP services YOU MUST HAVE/BE THE FOLLOWING - Our client is looking for a new business focused sales person who is willing and able to cold call - The Major Account Sales Manager must have knowledge of suites designed to assist IP telephony / communications - Furthermore, must be able to deal with and have experience dealing with high value complex solutions - In addition, an understanding of SLA's and Vendor Management is vital - Must be degree educated IDEALLY YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING - Ideally, the Major Account Sales Manager will have experience working for a small company as this role requires applicants to treat the patch as a start up situation ROLE INFORMATION - The Major Account Sales Manager will be expected to sell the companies range of Enterprise Solutions, carrier Solutions and Professional Services - these solutions and services include: WAN, Converged IP, Network Services, Hosting/Collocation, Network security and Management Services - This is a 100% New Business focussed role and the Major Account Sales Manager will be expected to grow the patch from a cold start - Geographically, the role covers the North from Birmingham up to Scottish Borders - Average Order Values are £40k per month on 3 5 year contacts with total contract values being £1.5m+ - Targets will be based on Revenue and discussed during interview Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the UK.
