Business Development and Deployment Manager Software - Leicester or St. Albans - to £45k + Bonus + Bens
My client is a financial services company, who, in addition to their core finance business have developed a client management software package. This software utilises the newest technologies in the field of web development and has been developed over the last few years to serve the parent company in addition to a growing number of affiliates & Partners within the industry.
The role is multi-faceted and would include: Targeted Sales by identifying new account opportunities for the software New Generation Platform; Implementation of contracts and admin around that; Identify Data Import requirements and liaising with the Development and Data Import team to research, quote, schedule works and import of client data including testing ahead of deployment; Deploy the software system to the firm utilising training, specialists, sales support; Account Manage and follow up of your accounts and clients providing feedback for Marketing purposes; Be involved in other projects to achieve the Sales and Marketing strategy such as identify new market sectors and distributors; Manage client retention by keeping accounts and users up-to-date with latest updates and improved functionality to help improve the service proposition to the company0 and to the users. There are many other aspects to the role such as attending road-shows, events, helping build the team and keep them motivated, be involved in our strategy and achieving our group and individual goals.
You should have a software sales background, ideally within the financial sector (but training will be given in this if not). There are plenty of warm leads to start you off. You can either be based at home or utilize their offices in St. Albans, Herts or Leicester. Fantastic opportunity to join a company going through a massive expansion phase.
