JOB TITLE: Account Manager Microsoft Professional Services Sales. SELLING: Microsoft Professional Services. SELLING TO: Service providers. TERRITORY: Field Based, covering the UK, with access to the London office. LOCATION: Access to London is essential. PACKAGE: £55K basic, £100K OTE, £6K car allowance. COMPANY INFORMATION - US collaboration - Global turnover of $ 3.8billion and £250million in the UK. - UK 1400 employees, with 10,000employees worldwide. - Established since 1983. - 2/3 of the sales team are over target. YOU MUST HAVE/BE THE FOLLOWING - Somebody that has sold to the service provider market before, such as ISPs or major telecoms. - An aggressive and proactive new business hunter. - The Account Manager will have a systems integrator type background. - Must have a minimum of 4 years sales experience. - Must have sold related services, not products. - Must be an effective C-Level communicator. IDEALLY YOU WILL HAVE/BE THE FOLLOWING - Somebody that is working at a Cisco Gold partner. ROLE INFORMATION - Selling Microsoft professional services with this company's services providers division. - Pure Account development sales role. - Mix of incumbent development and targeted accounts. - The Account Manager will have a 100% services led sales role with a heavy element of selling software licenses . - Sales cycle 1 to 9 months. - C-level and director level targeted within organisations, with mainly COOs as point of contact. - A target of £500K to £1.5million gross margin will be set for the Account Manager. - Supported by supported infrastructure team for each different solution. Deal, then contact key people within each solutions, infrastructure team then come in and help. Also support from appointment making team. - Account Managers have earned £300K in this position before. Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the UK.
