With a worldwide turnover of $1.7billion and 3000 employees in Europe, this company is looking for a Practice Manager to join its sales team selling HR outsourcing solutions. The successful applicant will have an HR and payroll background, or will have come from application services of business process outsourcing.

THE ROLE
·With a worldwide turnover of $1.7billion and 3000 employees in Europe, this company is looking for a Practice Manager to join its sales team selling HR outsourcing solutions.
·This role is 80% sales and 20% operations or delivery lead.
·The outsourcing solutions that will be sold by the Practice Manager will be business process outsourcing and application development for human resource functions.
·Selling to FTSE 2000 companies will be a key part of this role.
·Almost all deals will be done on a collaborative basis where the successful applicant's business will be a part of a wider deal.
·This position is an even split between new name business and new business to existing clients and will involve managing relationships with other systems integrators in order to partner on larger deals.
·Back up will be provided to the Practice Manager his or her own team of direct reports, from delivery through to admin support.
·A target of £5million to £10million total contact value will be set.
·Sales cycles in this role will take between 5 and 10 months on average.

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
·The successful applicant will have an HR and payroll background, or will have come from application services of business process outsourcing.
·All applicants must have sold offshore services and have experience of big ticket deals.
·The ideal candidate will have had managerial, operational and delivery experience and be an entrepreneurial type.
