This is an excellent opportunity to join a global leader in the management and outsourcing of document solutions. Due to a sustained period of growth they are now actively seeking a proven Business Development Manager to come on board and take a front seat in developing future business and driving the success of their Business Process Services on a European scale..

The Role

To understand, identify, qualify, lead and win major business opportunities
Identify suitable prospects within specified industry / service (High Tech / Manufacturing / Automotive), lead and own deal to conclusion
Provide insight and market knowledge to colleagues in order to develop and refine the service offers

The Person

Significant sales achievement and experience in outsourcing key areas of business process. Proven record of signing large BPO services engagements
[Experience of account management, understanding a customer's organisation and establishing senior level relationships
A good understanding of the industry sector
