Experienced Legal Recruitment Consultant - Manchester City Centre - To £25k + DOE Excellent Benefits, OTE and Development
Your Profile
As an experienced Recruitment Consultant you will have Legal Recruitment experience, ideally with a degree in a Legal discipline. Alternatively you will have recruitment experience within a professional recruitment sector and have a keen interest and understanding of the legal industry. You will be money motivated, driven, hard working with sufficient experience to meet the
requirements of the role. A consultative approach is key to the success of working in legal recruitment plus a strong business acumen being able to hold your own at the highest client and candidate level. An appreciation for a quality-driven service is crucial!
The Role
You will be responsible for the recruitment of qualified lawyers and will be actively involved in generating and furthering client relationships, building/creating new business opportunities, interviewing candidates, visiting clients and providing an exemplary service to both clients and
candidates alike. The role will demand excellent communication skills, drive, focus and an outstanding work ethic. There is a highly impressive training and development programme and believe that they are able to provide a stimulating and supportive environment for motivated recruitment consultants.
