The ideal Experienced Recruitment Consultant will be tired of working in the hard core, junior/trainee style, KPI driven recruitment environment despite having constantly achieved and hit targets to show your capability of managing your own desk and being a top biller. The Role
Coming in as an experienced Recruitment Consultant you will thrive on developing business, bring on new accounts, building those key relationships and ultimately billing to a very high level. You will have a quality grounding within IT Recruitment Sales already but this step will not only give you that increase in basic and responsibility but also a market leading commission structure to help you achieve the high earnings you know you deserve

Working for a quality focused, niche consultancy who have built a reputation around working closely with there candidates and clients to fully understand the needs. This reputation for quality has been built over a significant number of years and will continue with the right consultants and managers to drive the business forward. Currently based in South Manchester and looking to grow there team from 15 to over 25 by the end of 2009 this is the perfect time to join.
