National Account Manager - HR Software
A TRUSTED INDUSTRY SPECIALIST: Long established and reputedly the key player in their field, this organisation provides HR Software, Labour Management Systems and Consultancy to a prestigious catalogue of blue chip corporates. As a trusted industry specialist they become true partners to their clients and take complete responsibility for the systems used for the effective management of a companys most important asset their people.
THE ROLE: You will be responsible for a broad spectrum of organisations, all with 1,500 employees or more and associated deal sizes typically exceeding £150k pa. A key aspect to you securing this position will be your ability to exhibit big corporate wins. What you have sold is less relevant, but your sales methodology, business process and enterprise sales skills will need to be both obvious and demonstrable.
THE PACKAGE: Basic Salary - £55,000 OTE - £110,000 Attractive Car Allowance + Full Benefits Package
