Your Profile
As a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant in Reading you will ideally be a
graduate or of graduate calibre and ideally have some phone based sales
experience The ideal Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant, in Reading, will
also want to work in sales, be money hungry and have bags of confidence! You
should have a strong personality and good communication skills to really excel
in this role. To be a successful Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant based
in Reading you must be able to easily commute to Reading and be prepared for a
demanding, challenging and hugely rewarding role in Recruitment Sales.
The Role
In this Trainee Recruitment Consultant position, you will go straight in to
working on the full cycle recruitment role. This means you will be able to
earn commission from day one! The majority of your role will be phone based,
bringing in new business, closing deals and negotiating fees. You will have
full, on the job training and will be working towards targets - both monthly
and quarterly. You will be rewarded for your hard work with a great commission
structure, good incentives and great career progression.
